    Yes. very much,. But the hotel was super, super, super good. the staff was excellent. the rooms clean. the people simply lovely. I will go back there again. yes. yes.yes.

    The cheek in process was very bad. blue bay did not have my reservation details. I had to wait for almost 30 mins to be cheeked in. very poor.

    We liked the fact it is 18 years + resort , the food at the a la carte restorant was perfect and the service was amazing ( Fransis )

    The rooms does not match the hotel facilities... they are very poor in design , very dark and has humid on the seiling ...A/C makes lots of noise...
